We now offer a variety training routes these include:
These are delivered at Tredegar House, Clytha House, Coomassie Street Woodworking Training Centre and Kensington Court. We can accommodate 40 clients per day for horticulture and seven per day for woodwork, and in all Growing Space employs 10 staff. During 2003 we began providing a formal work based learning programme which our clients can sign up to as part of their personal development plans. This includes personally tailored training in agreed key skill areas and confidence building.
We also have developed a fully integrated progression route to ensure a seamless journey for our participants.
