Job Purpose

• Supporting and mentoring participants with Learning Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health in a horticultural setting.
• Supporting groups with additional needs from the local comprehensive school with mental health and wellbeing through horticultural therapy.
• Using our online database system to input and update participant information in line with GDPR guidelines.
• Gather data for the project reporting.
• Provide regular updates and reports to line manager.

Job Purpose:

• Supporting and mentoring participants with Learning Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health along their pathways towards employment.
• Supporting and mentoring participants with a learning disability with training.
• Using our online database system to input and update contract paperwork and participant information in line with GDPR guidelines.
• Liaising with Growing Space staff and with external partners as required to further support participants.
• Gather data for the project reporting.
• Provide regular updates and reports to line managers.

Job Purpose:

To provide basic training in carpentry skills to participants who require support with their mental health, training, and personal development.

To run and maintain professional, safe workshops following Growing Space policies and procedures, that enable our participants to have the best quality training and vocational development.

To develop and support commercial activities at the workshop to provide vocational skills development for our participants and generate income for Growing Space that will support the charity and our social enterprise initiatives.
